Mint Choc Chip Cake

Two layers of gluten free chocolate chip sponge cake, filled and covered with a mint flavour frosting, the cake has a partial side coat of gluten free chocolate sponge crumb and is decorated with a halo of rosetted mint flavour frosting, mint chocolate pieces, crumbled milk chocolate and chocolate flavour drizzle.
