Deep purple Velvet sponge cake filled with a ring of vanilla buttercream, made with real butter and flooded with a rich and fruity blueberry compote. Coated in sidewalls of vanilla buttercream and decorated with a ring of freezedried blueberries. This cake is pre-portioned in a 14 pieces.
