TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT All sales are strictly cash on delivery unless a credit account has been authorised, in which case payment is due by the 14th day of the month following delivery. Settlement by the due date is necessary to ensure continuity of supply. Any account outstanding beyond our credit terms may be passed on to our debt recovery agent and will be subject to a surcharge of £25 + VAT to cover the cost incurred in obtaining settlement. The company reserves the right to request full payment of all monies outstanding if the account exceeds the credit terms. The company reserves the right to implement a credit charge of 2% per month on any overdue balances. We reserve the right to reject any Orders where the Customer Account has not complied with the agreed credit terms of trading. A charge of £20 + VAT will be made to cover bank charges and administration costs each time a cheque is dishonoured for any reason. Direct Debit facility is also available. DELIVERIES Prices quoted are based on deliveries of a minimum value of £35. Smaller orders may be delivered subject to a delivery charge. ORDERS Please ensure your orders are placed before 4pm the day prior to your normal delivery day. PRICES Prices are subject to alteration without notice. TITLES Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until full payment is received and cleared by us. AVAILABILITY All goods are offered subject to availability. SHORTAGES & DAMAGES Shortages and damages must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery.
