Fisherman's Pie |

| Easy to prepare dish that provides all the nutritious goodness of the sea |
|
1. Steam or bake fish fillets in a little milk and then reserve milk for sauce
2. Steam broccoli for 2 minutes
3. Place fish in tin with broccoli on top
4. Make Bιchamel Sauce by mixing ingredients (Flour, Margarine, Milk, Fresh Parsley)
5. Pour sauce over fish
6. Thaw out potato pellets, fork onto top of sauce and sprinkle with cheese
7. Bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes and then serve
