Hundreds of sumptuously photographed menu ideas are encompassed within 24 full colour pages of the first Buffet Brochure to be produced by frozen food wholesaler MKG Foods.
It has been published for the convenience of hotels and restaurants serving afternoon teas, for buffet specialists, garden centres and caterers attracting ladies who lunch lightly.
Products include thaw and serve plus heat and eat items with plenty to please vegetarians.

“Prices are sharp and quality is right up there,” said MKG marketing manager, Philip Mayling.
