Our Educational Sector Specialist ensures that all of our staff are fully trained to give clear advice, enabling our customers to continuously improve the services they provide. For 12 years before joining MKG Foods she was a leading school chef, and hence has a full understanding of a School's catering requirements and restrictions.
In order to help schools and colleges further, we have developed our innovative Food for Thought programme. Under the strapline “Healthy Eating Leads to Healthy Minds”, MKG Foods returns one per cent of all purchases to registered customers. This extra money can then be spent with our book partner, Penguin, to enhance library shelves with selections from the catalogues of Dorling Kindersley, Puffin and Ladybird. There are titles for all age groups from three years upward.
